Registration fees fund event delivery — permissions, timing, medical cover, bibs, medals and refreshments — and are committed well before race day. Once a registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
You may request a change of race category up to 21 days before the event, subject to availability. Where the new category costs more, the difference is payable; where it costs less, the difference is not refunded.
If you are charged twice for the same registration, or a payment is debited without a confirmed registration, write to info@TelanganaRunners.com with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction amounts are refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days.
Confirmed registrations carry over to the rescheduled date at no additional cost. If you cannot attend the new date, your registration can be carried forward to the next edition on request.
If the event is cancelled outright for reasons within our control, registrations are carried forward to the next edition. Where cancellation results from circumstances beyond our control — regulatory withdrawal of permission, extreme weather, or a public health directive — fees already committed to event delivery cannot be refunded.
Donations to the Cardiac Rehab Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable, except in the case of a verified duplicate or erroneous transaction. Donations are eligible for 80G tax exemption and a receipt is issued by email.
